A utility website hosting various calculators (mortgage, calorie, salary, BMI). These sites get huge search traffic and are highly profitable with ads.

This is my next project once I find the time for it. I believe it will be very successful, and you don’t even need to be highly skilled—you can simply copy an existing site, just be careful regarding copyright rules. You can just copy the HTML code from somewhere and tweak it a bit… It takes some effort, but I think the reward will be worth it.
