Basically, a lot of older places still use PDF menus or messy physical ones. You offer to build them a clean mobile-friendly site or QR menu, handle updates when prices change, and charge a small setup fee + monthly host fee. Super simple, but owners love not having to re-print paper menus all the time.

Great concept. Replacing outdated PDFs with clean, responsive mobile menus is a win-win, especially if your monthly fee is affordable for small businesses.
